Thesis title: Variability in water chemistry of pristine, disturbed and restored peatlands

This project explores the water chemistry variability of surface and pore waters of pristine, disturbed and restored peatlands to:

1.    Determine the influence of export waters on receiving waters;

2.    Examine hydrologic pathways; and

3.    Improve management of peatlands

Ron has a BSc in Environmental Science from Mount Royal University, and is currently working towards his MSc in Renewable Resources at the University of Alberta.
